This page provides the ability to search for NOIs submitted under EPA’s 2008 Vessel General Permit. The 2008 VGP expired on December 19, 2013 and has been replaced by the 2013 VGP. If you are searching for an NOI submitted after December 19, 2013, please see the 2013 VGP eNOI Search page.

You can manipulate how search results are presented by using the Search and “Actions” options shown below. To download your search results, click on the “Action” button, select “Download,” and then choose your preferred data format. Click on any Permit Number in the search results to see the NOI for that vessel.
