Additional Property Attributes

Current owner is a private land owner who has intention of selling the property to a non profit association, The Trust for Public Land. The Trust for Public Land has requested a Phase II Assessment to be performed through the City of Houston�s Brownfield Redevelopment Program.

Former Use: Thomas Foster is the current owner who intends to donate the property to the Houston Parks Board. The City of Houston is currently waiting confirmation regarding the client's intent to allow ground water sampling as recently requested by the client Trust for Public Land. The Brownfield's Program will wait for further request for potential additional sampling. If the client provides a request to our offices, the City of Houston Brownfield's Program will provide a Property Eligibility Determination Form to EPA Region 6 Project Officer for consideration.
