A motor freight station was identified on-site between 1950 to 1985 in the current-day location of the former maintenance and welding structure. Most recently the former maintenance and welding structure was identified as the location of Hudson Foods. A dry cleaner facility was identified in a small structure on the east side of the site in 1957. The structure labeled Producers Produce Company is present as the currentday main structure formerly utilized as a poultry slaughter house. Producers Produce was located at the site until approximately 1970. Hudson Foods occupied the site from approximately 1980 to 1995.
