Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The subject property was unimproved land until at least 1919, when it was developed with a commercial building occupied by a plumbing company. The building was used as a woodworking factory from 1941 until 1946, when it was occupied by a Styrofoam peanut processing factory. In 1965, the subject building was converted to a restaurant.
