Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The subject property consisted of residential property from at least the late 1880s to the mid- 1930s. An automobile maintenance garage was constructed on the southern portion of the subject property in 1921. This automotive repair garage was demolished and replaced with a gasoline filling station and automotive repair garage with a restaurant in the late 1920s. The northern residential structure was converted to commercial property in the late 1920s. All structures were demolished between the mid-1930s and the late-1980s, leaving vacant land. This vacant land was converted to a surface parking lot.
