Additional Property Attributes

The property was used by a drycleaner for decades and was contaminated with chlorinated solvents at vapor intrusion levels. A Clean Michigan Initiative Grant along with the loan from WCBRA RLF funded response activities to mitigate the vapor intrusion pathway and prepare the property for safe reuse.

Former Use: The subject property contained undeveloped land until the mid-1950s, when a commercial structure was constructed. This structure received several additions between 1967 and 1987. The property was formerly occupied by a drycleaner.
