Additional Property Attributes

The site formerly consisted of a mobile home park Coral Trailer Park. The former park has since been cleared and grated. The lot is currently vacant. Recognized environmental conditions for this site included prior land use as a motor home park with unknown petroleum disposal and handling practices and the potential location of a refining company, nearby sites where paint and auto repair services were located, and the location of a monitoring well on the adjacent property to the north. A LSI was recommended to identify potential site contamination from on site petroleum.
