Currently vacant lot after city demolished the structures. Location eyed for potential residential development, but no specific developer identified.

Redevelopment: A $1.4M multi-family housing project from Lacasa Inc. of Elkhart County is planned. Lacasa acquire the property from the City of Elkhart on April 11, 2023.
