Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: Site consisted of three parcels, A,B,C that were used as retail car dealerships with servicing areas. Parcel A received an SRCO following FDEP Brownfields Program Limited Source Removal of petroleum contaminated soils. Parcels B and C still are still being rehabilitated by the property owner.
