Former Use: 24 Branch Street (Lot 49) was utilized for residential purposes from the late 1800�s through the 1980s. 24 Branch Street (Lot 49) is currently comprised of vacant/wooded land. Pawtucket Central Falls Development (PCF) is the current property owner. Prior to PCF, the parcel was owned by Ferland Corporation (Ferland).
