Additional Property Attributes

Since 1950 the site has been used for a gasoline station and auto repair facility. The parcel has been tax delinquent since 2002. Prior to foreclosing on the property a Phase I ESA was needed as part of all appropriate inquiry and due diligence efforts. The Phase I ESA revealed likely petroleum contamination. Foreclosure has not been pursued because of contamination concerns.

Former Use: The property has been actively used as an automotive repair facility since the 1950's. Past use has likely caused petroleum contamination. For thirty years the property was owned by David Michalak and John Yakich. In 2010, the property was sold to Edward Mollosky and continues to be used for automotive repair.
