Additional Property Attributes

Sites are deteriorating vacant residential dwellings. The Assessment Grant assisted Wyadnotte in conducting pre-demolition hazardous material surveys. Wyandotte plans to demolish teh dwellings individual lots and market the contiguous sites for residential redevelopment by a private entity.

Former Use: Sites have been utilized solely for residential purposes. City of Wyandotte purchased the properties in 2008/2009 for redevelopment.
