Additional Property Attributes

Sites are deteriorating vacant residential dwellings. Assessment Grant assisted Wyandotte in conducting pre-demolition hazardous material surveys. Wyandotte will demolish dwellings individual lots and market teh contiguous sites for redevelopment by a private entity.

Former Use: Sites have been utilized soley for residential purposes. City of Wyandotte purchased the properties in 2008/2009 for development.
