Additional Property Attributes

Wyandotte purchased the vacant/deteriorating property and plans to demolish building for future commercial development. This site will be marketed with adjoining properties that also utilized the Assessment Grant 135 Ford and 116 Spruce - under separate profiles. Site is located in vicinity of newly constructed municipal complex. Hazardous and Petroleum Assessment funds assisted Wyandotte in Due Diligence process.

Former Use: Developed in early 1900s with two residential dwellings. Dwelling demolished in 2008 and second dwelling is vacant. Wyandotte purchased property from Norman Gietzen in 2009.
