Additional Property Attributes

Site is a deteriorating vacant residential dwelling. Assessment Grant assisted Wyandotte in conducting a pre-demolition hazardous materials survey. Wyandotte plans to demolish dwelling for future commercial development. The site will be marketed with adjoining properties that also utilized the Grant 2040 Biddle and 116 Spruce - under separate Profiles. Site is located in vicinity of newly constructed municipal complex.

Former Use: Site has been utilized solely for residential purposes. City of Wyandotte purchased the property in 2009 for redevelopment.
