Additional Property Attributes

The city of Chelsea acquired the vacant property in 2002. Assessment Grant is assisting the City of Chelsea to complete preliminary environmental due diligence activities to help promote the site to prospective purchasers. Chelsea has a strong desire to see the site redeveloped as industrial or mixed use.

Former Use: Developed in 1953 for automotive parts manufacturing. Operated as a book printing/binding business from 1968-2002. Vacant since 2002, when Chelsea took ownership.
