New business owners are proposing a system for crumbling tires for mulch and a cutting edge technology that reduces tires to their basic elements and captures and reuses the resulting products. All site plans and structures will apply LEED practices when possible. Community will be able to recycle at the facility. Will create 15 to 20 jobs immediately adn 50-100 jobs within 3 years.

Former Use: Site was used for manufacturing, transfer station, recycling since early 1900s. Occupants included Fabricon Products, Wolverine Gasket & Manufacturing, and S&J.
