Additional Property Attributes

Property has been vacant since 2008. New owner will operate an automotive service garage. Temporary renovation job will be created. Expansion of busniess with teh creation of additional jobs will occur as a result of moving oeprations onto the site. Owner condcuted Phase I ESA and appropriate clean up UST removal with use of own funds.

Former Use: Operated as a gas station/service garage from 1950s til 1990s, when it was operated as auto glass repair. Sun Oil, Contemporary Development, James Schrader have owned the site.
