Additional Property Attributes

Site is currently developed with a vacant residential dwelling and church building. The City of Dearborn plans to demolish the structures and market teh property for redevelopment compatible with the surrounding neighborhood. The Assessment Grant assisted with conducting a hazardous materials survey in preparation for demolition of the structures.

Former Use: Site has been utilized for a chruch and residential purposes. Dearborn purchased the property in May 2009 for redevelopment.
