Additional Property Attributes

Phase II ESA is recommended for soil and groundwater testing, sandblast booth, and baghouse residue testing, concrete floor wipe sampling and suspect building material testing. The asbestos inspection also revealed the presence of asbestos-containing material in flooring and the insulation surrounding the ceiling piping. Peeling paint in the men's bathroom and any other location should also be tested for lead presence prior to redevelopment.

Former Use: The Carousel building is a 65,000 square foot building on 4.5 acres, formerly used for a shoe company 1940-1960s and carousel manufacturing facility kiddie rides-1960-2003. It is in fair condition and is composed of brick and steel.
