Additional Property Attributes

Based on a review of the historical information, the site has consisted of vacant, undeveloped land and/or residentially developed land from at least the early 1920s through the late 1980s, at which time the apparent on-site structures were removed. The surrounding properties consisted of vacant, undeveloped land, residentially developed land, and/or commercially developed land from at least the early 1920s through the present-day. The phase I ESA found the presence of waste foundry sands as a possible recognized environmental condition and has recommended a phase II study be completed.

Former Use: A small 0.28 acre piece of land that will eventually be used to increase the overall parkland of Woodland Park in Houston.
