Additional Property Attributes

The property is located in downtown Havre. The property has two buildings a showroom and sales office located to the north and a shop located to the south that is used to service the equipment. Other occupied commercial property surrounds the Havre Rental property.

Former Use: 1903 - Pabst Cold Storage building in this location. 1910 - Property appears to house small storage shed properties. The neightboring property has Havre Steam Laundry and gasoline is used for ironing and kept in the building 1920 - The John Gussenhoven Lumber Yard has an office building, lumber and building materials, and stacks of lumber on the property. Also on the subject property are agricultural implement warehouse and Chinese lodgings. Havre Steam Laundry still neightbors the site and uses steam for ironing. 1943 - Property contains the John Gussenhoven Lumber Yard, agricultural implement warehouse, a bath house, and a carpet cleaner. Adjacent property uses include Havre Steam Laundry Company, US Government garage and warehouse, the Hill County Garage and Shop, the Hill County Creamery, farm implement sales and service, a tourist court, and a gas station with five above ground steel oil tanks. Standard Oil of Indiana and Farmer's Union Oil Company are north and northwest of the subject property and have numerous tanks containing oil and gasoline.
