Additional Property Attributes

Property consisted of a vacant light industrial facility. Prototype Manufacturing, Inc. invested in the property to conduct research and design for its x-ray diffraction technology. It will also base its US consulting operations out of this facility.

Former Use: Brauss Research, Inc. currently owns the site. The site is currently developed with a light industrial building that was developed in 1987 and is currently unused for a significant or obvious purpose.
