Additional Property Attributes

The property is currently vacant and has been contaminated by the historical use of the site as a drycleaners from at least 1973 until approximately 2005. Planned redevelopment will include mixed use commercial and residential.

Former Use: The subject property consisted of agricultural land with associated residential buildings from at least 1937 until between 1963 and 1969, when the structures were demolished leaving vacant land. In 1973 and 1974 the existing multi-tenant retail and office center was constructed. Harbor Georgetown, LLC currently owns the site.
