Additional Property Attributes

Based on a review of available sources, the sites have been developed and used solely for residential purposes. The sites are currently unoccupied. Based on the age of the site buildings, asbestos containing materials may be present. The sites are slated for demolition in preparation for site marketing and/or redevelopment. Prior to demolition, a comprehensive hazardous materials survey was required.
