Additional Property Attributes

The site consists of one paved lot located off Petronelli Way between Main Street and Montello Street in Brockton, Massachusetts. The property is currently used for parking purposes Lot D by the Brockton Parking Authority BPA. The Site is located in a downtown mixed-use district primarily characterized by commercial offices, retail stores, and municipal buildings. Former Use: The Site was occupied by multiple residential dwellings from at least 1885 until 1909. By 1935 only one apartment-sized building occupied the southeastern corner of the Site with remaining portions of the property consisting of paved parking areas. The Site has been vacant and void of structures and/or used solely for parking purposes since at least 1950. Former street addresses for the Site have included 26 Ward Street, 36 Ward Street, and 35 Franklin Street.
