Additional Property Attributes

As a result of the environmental assessment only trace levels of contamination were detected on the site of this historical industrial complex which did not require further remediation due to site use restrictions that are in place due to zoning of the property.

Former Use: 1914 to 1987- used by Harrison Radiator Division of GMC for the manufacture of automobile parts. Petroleum and solvent releases were suspected from manufacturing and storage.
