Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: Property is a vacant corner lot and a suspect abandoned service station. The property was vacant until 1911. Records indicate a store was present on a portion of the site until ~ 1950 when a second building residential was added. The store was removed something in 1975 and the residential building and what appears to be a garge remained until 1998, when the City of Chicago demolished the remaining structure. The City of Chicago foreclosed on demolition lien and acquired the property.
