Property Highlights

The subject property was developed with a light industrial building in 1959 and was occupied by Abdite. The subject building was vacant from 2008 until September 2011 when Beech Daly, LLC purchased the property. This new owner will operate a fire and water cleanup/restoration business and create approximately 10 new permanent jobs.

Former Use: The subject property consisted of unimproved, vegetative-covered or agricultural land i.e., row crops from at least 1937 until 1959, when it was improved with a portion of the existing light industrial building. Several additions were constructed between 1972 and 1991. A garage and shed were constructed on the subject property between 1985 and 1993. The subject building has been vacant since approximately 2008. The only previous occupant identified during this assessment is Abdite Industries, Inc. an airplane parts manufacturer. Beech Daly, LLC purchased the property in September 2011.
