Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The site was initially developed some time prior to the 1870s and has been used for industrial purposes throughout its history. Primary industrial uses included locomotive manufacturing, machine shop, heavy machinery production and repair, and records warehousing. The present-day site building was constructed in approximately 1930 and is currently vacant. The site was initially one lot, lot 263, but in November 2012 was subdivided into 3 lots with 3 different addresses. This lot consists of only a parking lot.
