Additional Property Attributes

The Subject Property is comprised of one approximately 0.14-acre parcel of land located on the west side of Mill Street between East Dover Street to the north and East Liberty Street to the south in Waterbury, Connecticut. The Subject Property was first developed prior to the 1880�s with a residential building, and a later building was used as a multi-family dwelling with additional commercial/retail uses between approximately the 1930�s through the 1990�s. The commercial uses on the Subject Property during this time period consisted of a barber shop, a grocery shop and a toy shop. The building was demolished in 1998, and the Subject Property has since been vacant land. Brass City Harvest uses the site for their green houses. The site is still owned by the City of Waterbury.
