Additional Property Attributes

The site was vacant of buildings until approximately 1970 when it was developed as a gasoline station. The site has not operated as a gasoline station since 2009, when the dispensers were removed and the USTs were emptied. Three 8000-gallon USTs remain on site. The site was identified in the 2009 BEA as contaminated by petroleum constituents.

Former Use: The site is approximately 0.36 acres in area and consists of one parcel. The site is currently occupied by one vacant gasoline station building and a gasoline dispenser canopy. The site was occupied by vacant land from at least 1937 to 1969. The site has been occupied by a gasoline station since 1970 and currently includes three 8,000-gallon gasoline USTs. The USTs have reportedly been emptied and the gasoline dispensers have been removed from the site. The site has not been operated as a gasoline station since 2009. The site was owned by Washtenaw County Treasurer at the time of the Phase I ESA by TTL, acquired via tax reversion, and has subsequently been auctioned. Available information indicates that the site was previously owned by Elias & Austin Investments Inc. from 2008 to 2011, Peter Ansara in 2008, Ramzi Naber in 2007, Elias & Austin Investments Inc. from 2006 to 2007, Fast Track Ventures LLC from 2005 to 2006, OTG 3 LLC from 2002 to 2005, and Clark Oil & Refining Corporation from at least 1999 to 2002. The gasoline station was known by Clark-related names from the time of its construction in 1970, and may have been owned by various Clark-related entities from that time until 2002.
