Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The current property owner, Stone Fence Realty Company, intends to transfer the property to a prospective purchaser for redevelopment of the property as a theater arts building. To assist in the redevelopment, environmental assessment work has been ongoing. Previous Phase II ESA�s have been performed and identified the presence of chlorinated solvent contamination beneath the Site. The current Phase II ESA was performed to advance understanding of the risk posed by the contaminants to the proposed development.
