Additional Property Attributes

The site is currently occupied by a vacant, approximately 4,370 square foot commercial building, with an asphalt-paved parking area (to the east of the building). The building was used as radio, appliance and/or TV store from 1947 to 2007 (Westgate Appliance) and has been vacant since 2007.

Former Use: The site was unimproved land from at least 1937 to 1946. The site was occupied by one small building located within the northern portion of the site from 1947 to 1954. One additional building was constructed within the southern portion of the site in 1955. The two buildings were reportedly connected in the late-1950s. The building was used as radio, appliance and/or TV store from 1947 to 2007 (Westgate Appliance) and has been vacant since 2007.
