Additional Property Attributes

Possible asbestos-containing-material (ACM) and lead-based-paint (LBP) were identified within the structure on the site. Historical filling stations located adjacent to the site poses a REC to the site. Current auto repair shop located adjacent to the site poses a REC to the site. Phase II recommended.

Former Use: This property was a former residence that was converted to classroom/office space during the 1960's. There is one 1500 square-foot-building on the property in partially gutted condition. The interior woodwork paint and exterior siding paint possibly contain lead. Interior floor tile installed during the 1960's-1970's could contain asbestos. Citizens for the Advancement of Normandy anticipate using the building as a community center. The organization also plans to incorporate green energy in the project, including a geothermal system, solar panels and rainwater harvesting. The organization currently has a community garden located on the property.
