Former Use: Formerly public facilities and business, this property was assembled for redevelopment many years ago under Urban Renewal programs. The City offered part of the property for sale to a private developer and Scott Tillman was selected. It will contain 160,000 square feet of retail, including a 14 screen movie theater and parking deck developed by the city. (PPF - College Station, 10/28/05)
