Vacant Commercial Property.

Former Use: Vacant lot located just south of main railway. Past history of commercial use. Phase I indicated conditions/findings that were relevant to the environmental conditions at the Property but, were not considered RECs, may be considered demiimis conditions, and do not appear to othersise elicit environmental concerns for the subject property: A drum cleanign service was located approximately 125 feet to the southeast of the Subject Proprety and operated from 1983 until 1987. Further evaluation of the site revealed no significant environmental concerns. According to the LDEQ records, onsite activities include washing and rinsing drums. The initial rinsingand wash-water wree containerized and disposed of offsite. Additional rinse_and wash-waters were treated onsite and discharged, via an LDEQ permit, into a adjacent storm ditch.
