Additional Property Attributes

Property consists of vacant unimproved land that was originally to be developed with a condominium complex. An adjoining business is looking to purchase this property for plant expansion activities. Contamination has been identified on this property from an offsite source.

Former Use: The property consisted of agricultural land from at least 1937 until the early 1990s. The property remained unimproved land until the early 2000s, when the vegetation was cleared for planned development activities associated with the southern adjoining condominium complex. Two storm water retention ponds were constructed on the eastern portion of the subject property. These retention ponds service the southern adjoining condominium complex. A paved roadway extending north from this complex was also constructed on the western portion of the subject property. Redevelopment has ceased and the property is unused with the exception of the storm water retention ponds.
