Additional Property Attributes

The property consists of a light industrial site that has been vacant for 2 years. Les Stanford Chevrolet is acquiring the site for operations associated with their nearby car dealership.

Former Use: In 1913, Michigan Central Railroad Company purchased the subject property. In 1955, Michigan Central Railroad Company sold the property to Anhueser Busch, Inc. and in 1956, the existing subject buildings were constructed for use as a warehouse/garage and truck service garage. In 1966, the subject property was sold to Ford Motor Company and in 1964 the main subject building underwent interior alterations to be used as a food preparation facility. Ford Motor Company sold the subject property to MHP Properties, LLC in 2003. The last occupant was of the subject property was reportedly Great Lakes Heating & Cooling.
