Additional Property Attributes

The site includes a vacant, approximately 58,000 square foot, commercial building that was formerly occupied by a Farmer Jack grocery store, constructed in 1993, with the original shopping center construction in 1958. Prior to the construction of the Farmer Jack store, the site was occupied by approximately seven to eight small retail stores from the late 1950s until the late 1980s, when the stores were demolished. No former site occupants of potential environmental concern were identified. The Farmer Jack store closed in 2007.

Former Use: The 1.86-acre site, owned by Southgate, LLC, includes a vacant, approximately 58,000 square foot, commercial building that was formerly occupied by a Farmer Jack grocery store. The site was unimproved/agricultural land from at least 1906 until approximately 1958, when the shopping center was constructed. The site parcel comprises the southwest portion of the L-shaped plaza. The site was occupied by approximately seven to eight small retail stores from the late 1950s until the late 1980s, when the stores were demolished to permit the redevelopment of that portion of the shopping center with the current vacant grocery store building. Former occupants of the site included several stores, with no former tenants of potential environmental concern identified. The Farmer Jack grocery store was constructed on the site in 1993. The Farmer Jack store closed in 2007. The site was split from the larger shopping center property in 2012.
