The property is located on the northwest corner of Oddie Boulevard and Sullivan Lane. This are was formeraly a core commercial area for the Truckee Meadows which has been slowly dying. The property was developed as shopping center with the big box being demolished. The owner would like to redevelop with an infill project, most likely mixed use with residential and commercial.

Former Use: A gas station was developed on the SE corner of the property in 1966. The current shopping center, anchored by a Shopko was developed in 1975. The Shopko was demolished in the mid 2000s.
