Additional Property Attributes

The subject property contained a large scale dairy from at least 1943 until the mid-1960s. Between the mid-1960s and 2011 various machining and manufacturing facilities have operated at the subject property. During these operations large quantities of petroleum products were stored and utilized at the subject property. Site is currently vacant.

Former Use: The subject property consisted of vacant land from at least 1937 until 1943 when the existing subject building was constructed. The subject property operated as a dairy from at least 1943 until the mid-1960s when the current owner purchased the property. Between the mid-1960s and 2011 occupants included various machining and manufacturing companies. Currently, the subject property contains a vacant light-industrial building. Identified previous occupants include Detroit Creamery Division, Monroe Cast Metal, and Intec, Inc.
