Additional Property Attributes

The site is occupied by two buildings. One building (440 County Street) is currently (2013) a microbrewery/pub (OG Brewing, since 2008); the other (508 County Street) is currently vacant and most recently contained an automotive repair shop (vacant since 2011). The original site was split into two parcels in 2014, and only the 440 County Street portion is being purchased by the new owner (transaction currently pending). Following are the new Child Parcel ID numbers: 58-53-040-025-10 (Parcel 1, 440 County Street; approximately 0.45-acre) and 58-53-040-025-020 (Parcel 2, 508 County Street; approximately 0.15-acre). From approximately 1945 to 1968, the eastern portion of the site (508 County Street) was operated as a gasoline station and bulk heating oil storage and sales business. From 1968 until approximately 1995, this portion of the site was used for automotive repairs and bulk heating oil storage and sales, subsequently for auto repair services, and is currently vacant.

Former Use: The site is occupied by two buildings. One building (440 County Street) is currently (2014) a microbrewery/pub (OG Brewing); the other (508 County Street) is currently occupied by a coffee roasting facility. From at least 1922 until approximately 1945, the site was vacant with the exception of a carriage house on the far western portion of the site, which was removed from the site in the 2000s. From approximately 1945 to 1968, the eastern portion of the site (508 County Street) was operated as a gasoline station and bulk heating oil storage and sales business. In approximately 1968, the western site building (440 County Street) was constructed. This building was used for automotive parts sales until approximately 2001. This building was vacant/used for storage until being remodeled for OG Brewing, which opened in 2008. From 1968 until approximately 1995, the eastern portion of the site was used for automotive repairs and bulk heating oil storage and sales. This portion of the site was mostly vacant from approximately 1995 until 2003, was occupied by an automotive repair shop from 2003 to 2011, and was vacant from 2011 until at least 2013, prior to the current occupancy by the coffee roasters.
