Additional Property Attributes

Property consisted of a partially vacant dealership. Taylor Ford is redeveloping the property into a new dealership that will create jobs and tax revenue.

Former Use: Property was originally developed for residential use beginning in at least 1937. In addition, a portion was used as an orchard. Commerical developement (current buildings) began in the 1970s. Building 1, which was formerly occupied as an automobile dealership, has been vacant since approximately 2010. Building 2 is currently occupied by White�s Auto Glass (an automobile glass repair business) and a body shop. The property was formerly owned by Chrysler adn Dodge and is currently owned by Century Norris Realty.
