Property Highlights

The property is the former location of the Eastern Star Home. The Eastern Star Home was demolished and the site is currently being evaluated for redevelopment.

Former Use: The site consists of 28.5 acres of vacant land located at 1201 East Division Street in Arlington,Tarrant County, Texas. The site currently consists of vacant partially vegetated land with historical remnants of the Eastern Star Home. Based on a review of the historical information, the site consisted of vacant land until approximately 1910, when the main building was constructed as the Home for Aged Masons. Additions were made to the house from 1910 to 1946. The site was occupied by Eastern Star Home until 2000, and the on-site structures were demolished from 2009 to early 2013.
