Additional Property Attributes

Property consists of a vacant school building. The City is accepting bids to redevelop/remodel site for potential condominiums.

Former Use: The subject property was improved with McKinley School in the northern-central portion of the subject property and seven residential dwellings in the southern portion of the subject property from prior to 1912 until the 1920s, when up to two temporary structures associated with the school were constructed in the eastern-central portion of the subject property. These temporary buildings were demolished and the original school building was moved to its current location and the eastern and western wings of the buildings were constructed in 1939. Identified previous occupants include McKinley School and residential occupants. Currently, the subject property is unoccupied.
