Additional Property Attributes

The property has historically operated as a junkyard, orchard, and various light industrial/commerical operations. Developer is proposing to purchase the subject property for a commercial redevelopment.

Former Use: The subject property was developed with a residential dwelling and orchard beginning in at least at least 1937. In the 1940s, orchard activities ceased, and junkyard activity began. A The subject buildings were constructed in 1975. By the early to mid-1980s, the storage building was demolished and junkyard activities ceased. Since construction in 1975, former occupants of Subject Building 1 include Heller Electrical, Plumbing & Heating. Since construction in 1975, former occupants of Subject Building 2 include Heritage Network, Inc./Heritage Newspapers, Chelsea Knights Association, Re Max real estate, and Hesse & Company CPA.
