Additional Property Attributes

Two 96,000 square feet sports domes are bring erected on the site and will include soccer, baseball, volleyball, and basketball spaces. The project also includes renovation of 48,540 square feet of the vacant mall building with locker rooms, pool, health club, and batting cages.

Former Use: The property was first developed as a mall in 1969 and was utilized as a retail shopping center until 2009. The surrounding area is mostly commercial with some residential. Past owner was Oberlin Plaza One LLC and the current owner is Summit Outlet LLP.
