Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The property is a gravel parking area that was formerly used as parking for an adjacent restaurant. Radiological surveying was conducted along Buffalo Avenue in 2009. Survey results identified elevated levels (87,000 Count Per Minute (CPM)) of radiological material in the surface gravel of the property. The property is owned by James Swedzo. Past owners include Sharon Gazy, Robert Fletcher and Deborah McNally.
