Additional Property Attributes

The property is developed with a 7,700-square foot water bottling facility formerly operated by Rafford Springs and Loon Country.

Former Use: The property was undeveloped woodlands prior to installation of a water supply well and bottling plant in the 1990s. The property was operated by Loon Country until foreclosure in 2009. The property was acquired by Deane Rafford in 2010 and operated as Rafford Springs until 2012. The plant was vacant until purchased by the Houlton Band of Maliseet Indians following assessment through the Brownfields program.
